In-Person Google Help (Posted 12.01.21)
If you are having trouble accessing your DPS .net Gmail account, help is on the way. DoTS is sending a technician to each terminal next week for in-person help. If you’d like to reserve a time to be helped, please click here. Otherwise, you can try doing a walk-up visit. If you choose that option, you will be helped on a first-come, first-served basis.
Here are the details for getting in-person help:
HILLTOP
Where: The main area of the terminal that looks like a cafeteria
What Days: Monday Dec. 6th, Tuesday Dec. 7th and Wednesday Dec. 8th
What Time: 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. and then 12:30 P.M. to 4:30 P.M.
NORTHEAST
Where: Main Lobby/Break Room
What Days: Monday Dec. 6th, Tuesday Dec. 7th and Wednesday Dec. 8th
What Time: 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. and then 12:30 P.M. to 4:30 P.M.
