RE:      Attendance Bonus

 

As you know, DPS remains in a severe staffing shortage that is impacting Transportation Services. In order to help provide an incentive for the drivers and paras we do have, we are offering an Attendance Bonus. The desired outcome of this Attendance Bonus is to continually improve as a department in upholding our core values: Students First, Integrity, Equity, Collaboration, Accountability, and Fun. Improving our attendance puts students first. This will also help us improve on-time scheduling, which improves our integrity and accountability with our parents and students. 

 

We emailed you descriptions of the Attendance Bonus last semester. In case you missed the memo or would like to review the requirements of the Attendance Bonus, please click the following link that corresponds to your job title: DRIVER or PARA.
