SUBJECT: Transportation Summer Work

Hello Transportation Services Team,

 

Thank you for participating in the summer bid process. We actually have a few bus cleaning packages for both terminals left. This means you can pick up a third assignment if it doesn’t conflict with what you bid during the first and second rounds. Please click on the following links to see which assignments each terminal has left: Hilltop, Northeast. 

 

After you’ve looked at the available bids, you may submit your top five choices here. You will have until 12:00 P.M. (noon) this Thursday (6/2/22) to make your bid. This goes for both drivers and paras.

 

After the bidding window closes at 12:00 P.M. on 6/2/22, managers will assign the bids as follows:

 

1. If you were a Pass in the original bid you will be first.
2. Those who have bid work and would like something else that does not conflict with the work they bid in the first and/or second round.
3. Those who want to work a half day.
4. Those who did not respond when we first asked if you wanted to work over the summer.
5. Anyone who was disqualified from working last year due to absenteeism.
