SUBJECT: 2022-23 SY Bids Are Now Posted

The 2022-23 school year work bids are now posted online. You can view them on The Commons by clicking here. Please take time to go through the bids and decide which ones you like the best. You should select several potential bids, just in case your top choice is taken by the time it is your turn to bid. If you don’t have access to the internet, you can view the bids at your Terminal from 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.

 

The bid will begin on Wednesday, August 10th. You will bid in order of seniority, you can view the seniority list here. Please click here to see what day and time you are expected to bid.

 

If you bid a shuttle route, you will need to attend shuttle school on 8/11 and 8/12 with work beginning on 8/15.

 

This year’s bid will be done via Google Meet. You will need to use your official DPS .Net account or your personal gmail account to access the meeting. If you don’t know your .Net login information, please reach out to DoTS for help. If you are having technical difficulties when it is your time to bid, please call: 720-423-4651. Your union representative will take your bid over the phone.

 

It is important that you go over the bid options BEFORE it is your turn to bid. Once in the virtual bidding room, you will need to be prepared to make your bid. If you have any questions, ask your supervisor BEFORE bid day.
