    What is Infinite Campus?

Infinite Campus (IC) is the Student Information System (SIS) used by Denver Public Schools to house student grades, enrollment, attendance, and family household information.

How do I Get Access to Infinite Campus?

This sensitive student information is protected and accessible based on current job role, location, completed training and/or manager approval.

  • Automatic Access

Access to Infinite Campus (IC) is determined primarily by job role - especially for school-based job roles such as Teacher, Office Professional, Paraprofessional, Assistant Principal, and Principal. These roles are given specific access needed to complete their individual job functions in Infinite Campus and are only for their specific locations on file with Human Resources.

If you have questions about your level of access, please check with your Principal, Manager, or Director to verify if your access is appropriate for your role and location. Also, if you have recently changed roles or locations, please ensure these changes are reflected in DPS' HR system of record as your IC access can only match what is appropriate for your specific role and location as is on file with Human Resources.

  • Additional Access

Access to some Infinite Campus functions (specifically those beyond what is granted by job role and location) typically requires completion of mandatory training courses; being in an official job role intended for the access being sought; and approval from your Principal, Manager, or Director.

Once those requirements are met, access to the additional IC function(s) should be granted automatically within two business days (sometimes sooner) with no need to manually request access. (If, after two full business days, you have not been granted access, please reach out to DoTS.)

**Regular and updated training is now required to maintain access to these additional functions in IC. Each function has a different access renewal timeline, and failure to complete required trainings in a timely manner will result in loss of access until you complete them. In addition, any change in job role or location may impact your access as will departure from and returning to employment at DPS.**
