    Infinite Campus Behavior Management

The IC Behavior Management tools are used to enter new behavior information (including behavior incidents and Type One Interventions), manage existing behavior information, and record information associated with new and existing behavior incidents and events.

  • Recertification

IC Behavior Management access is typically valid for one school year at a time to ensure users are up-to-date with possible changes to the Behavior Management process, or updates to Infinite Campus itself.

    Access Renewal for 2025-2026

The recertification process for SY 2025-26 is as follows:

    • School Administrative staff (Principals, Assistant Principals, and Deans) have until June 23, 2025 to complete the 2025-2026 IC Behavior Management eLearning. If you are a principal, assistant principal or dean and do not complete the new eLearning prior to June 23, you will lose access to this area of Infinite Campus until such time that you do complete the course.

    • All other school-based staff will lose access on/around June 30, 2025 and will need to begin the access process outlined below (under All Other School-Based Staff) now that the new eLearning is available.

Failure to complete required recertifications in a timely manner will result in loss of access until you complete them. In addition, any change in job role or location may impact your access as will departure from and returning to employment at DPS.

  • Access for Principals, Assistant Principals and Deans

    Access Renewal for 2025

The 2025-26 Infinite Campus Behavior Management eLearning is now available.

School principals, assistant principals and deans who currently have Behavior Management access have until June 23, 2025 to complete the new eLearning before losing access.

If you are a principal, assistant principal or dean and do not complete the new eLearning prior to June 23, 2025, you will lose access until such time as you complete the current course.

    First-time Access

Once these requirements are met, access to IC Behavior Management should be granted automatically within two business days of completing the certification (sometimes sooner) with no need to manually request access. (If, after two full business days, you have not been granted access, please reach out to DoTS.)

  • Access for All Other School-based Roles

    First-time Access

IC Behavior Management access exceptions for non-administrative school-based staff will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Those requesting an access exception will need to complete each of the following:

    • Be assigned as the Discipline Building Leader (DBL) in their building
    • Complete the Behavior Management 2025-26 Certification in Learning Space.
    • Reach out to a member of the Equity in Student Discipline Team (Michelle Powell, Terri Talavera or Ike Ogbuike) to request the exception
    • Meet additional demonstrations of proficiency, as defined by the Equity in Student Discipline Team.

Once these requirements are met, please submit an incident to DoTS, as access is NOT automated for other school-based roles.
