Recertification
IC Behavior Management access is typically valid for one school year at a time to ensure users are up-to-date with possible changes to the Behavior Management process, or updates to Infinite Campus itself.

- School Administrative staff (Principals, Assistant Principals, and Deans) had until November 1, 2024 to have completed the IC Behavior Management eLearning. Access for All Other School-based Roles
Access Renewal for 2024-2025
With the release of the new Discipline Matrix for the 2024-25 SY in mid-August 2024, the opportunity for non-administrative school staff to recertify for annual access to Behavior Management was delayed to allow for the creation of the new Behavior Management eLearning.
All non-administrative staff who had Behavior Management access at the end of SY 23-24 lost access on June 30, 2024 and need to begin the below access process afresh now that the new eLearning has been released.
First-time Access
IC Behavior Management access exceptions for non-administrative school-based staff will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Those requesting an access exception will need to complete each of the following:
- Be assigned as the Discipline Building Leader (DBL) in their building
- Complete the Behavior Management 2024-25 Certification in Learning Space.
- Reach out to a member of the Equity in Student Discipline Team (Michelle Powell, Terri Talavera or Ike Ogbuike) to request the exception
- Meet additional demonstrations of proficiency, as defined by the Equity in Student Discipline Team.
Once these requirements are met, please submit an incident to DoTS, as access is NOT automated for other school-based roles.
