    Infinite Campus Household

IC Household access enables users to create a household; add phone numbers, addresses, and members; and define relationships and non-household relationships in Infinite Campus.

  • Did You Lose Your Access?

With the implementation of new recertification requirements, you may have recently lost your IC Household access if you did not complete the required recertification quiz at the end of the last school year.

The only way to regain access now is to meet all access requirements listed below for either school-based or central office employees. (This includes mandatory completion of all full eLearnings listed.)

  • School-based Employee Access

    Office Professionals

For those with the Office Professional job role, it is no longer necessary to request this access. Successful completion of the required courses will set into motion an automated access process as follows:

If, after two full business days, you have not been granted access, please reach out to DoTS.

    All Other School-based Roles

If you are not currently in an Office Professional role and require access to IC Household, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Central Office Employee Access

IC Household access is available to limited Central Office teams and only when the following requirements are met:

Once these requirements are met, access to IC Household access should be granted automatically within two business days (sometimes sooner) with no need to manually request access. (If, after two full business days, you have not been granted access, please reach out to DoTS.)

  • Recertification (Access Renewal)

IC Household access is valid for two school years at a time, to ensure all users are up-to-date with any changes to the Household process or to IC itself. That means that every other year, you will be required to complete a recertification quiz to keep your access. Failure to complete required recertifications in a timely manner will result in loss of access. In addition, any change in job role or location may impact your access as will departure from and returning to employment at DPS.

If you had access to this area of IC in the past, you must meet all posted access requirements to regain access. Review "Did You Lose Your Access?" above to find out how to reacquire your access.
